Episode #13

In Episode #13 on The Jen Mavros Show, I am THRILLLLLLLED to welcome one of my favorite authors and fellow gorgeous "Modern Day Lightworker", the soulful and wise Rebecca Campbell.

Rebecca and I danced around so many delicious topics that I'm sure you'll find enlightening, from: being highly sensitive, initiations, seasons and cycles, coming out of the spiritual closet, being an empath and a few tricks to support you with handling this super power, answering the call of Spirit, Boundaries - when we give too much without boundaries, you're taking from yourself, etc....

This lovely woman gives so generously, that you will no doubt enjoy this soulful goodie.

EP #11 - Nisha Moodley

Freedom-Focused Sisterhood

Episode #11

In Episode #11 on The Jen Mavros Show we are joined by the soulful and magical, Women's Leadership Coach, Nisha Moodley.

Inside the container of this sacred space with Nisha and I, Nisha takes us on an adventure through what freedom-focused sisterhood is and her latest journey into conscious motherhood. An episode any soulful woman will NOT want to miss.

We sometimes feel an impulse to isolate ourselves from the world.

"Human beings are communal creatures, we thrive in community. There's this myth of independence. I see a lot of really ambitious people often as being even more bought into the idea that we are individuals and fierce independents. I am not independent. We are dependent upon one another."

Relationships begin with "granting trust. Witnessing and seeing another person just as they are, it's about being willing to meet all of life with intimacy, curiosity, depth and a willingness to rise again regardless of what's thrown in our path."

Nisha says, "In 2009, when I heard the Dalai Lama say “The world will be saved by the western woman”, it occurred to me that the true change-makers would be those of us who were “being the change”, as Gandhi said – embodying the difference we wanted to make in the world.

After years of struggling with her own emotional eating, shopping addiction and workaholism, she's devoted her life to supporting other ambitious women in finding true freedom in their lives, so they can rise to the next level of leadership. My experience of coaching women on retreats and in groups has taught me that… The world will be set free by women who are free. Sisterhood is the key."
